At Atlanta Rapid Manufacturing, our facility is equipped with top-tier machinery to handle everything from complex single-part prototypes to scaled production runs.

CNC Milling & Turning

  • 5-Axis CNC Milling: We offer high-speed, 5-axis simultaneous and 3+2 machining. This allows us to manufacture highly complex geometries with fewer setups, ensuring tighter tolerances and faster turnaround times.

  • Advanced CNC Turning: Our Dual-Spindle Lathe with Y-axis capabilities allows us to turn, mill, drill, and tap complex cylindrical parts in a single operation, drastically reducing lead times and ensuring perfect concentricity.

  • CNC Routing: We offer agile, large-format CNC routing tailored for rapid profiling, custom fixturing, and precision machining of non-ferrous metals, engineering plastics, and composites.

Fabrication & Additive Manufacturing

  • Plasma Cutting: Our 5x10 Plasma Table allows us to rapidly cut large-format sheet metal and heavy plate for custom fabrication, brackets, and structural components

  • Rapid Prototyping (3D Printing): We offer rapid FDM 3D printing in a variety of advanced engineering polymers. This is perfect for iterative design, custom fixturing, and proof-of-concept models before final machining.

Design & Engineering

We offer full-cycle design and engineering services. Our team is fluent in Fusion 360, SolidWorks, and Creo, allowing us to take your napkin sketch to a fully optimized CAD model ready for manufacturing. From structural analysis to manufacturability consulting (DFM), we ensure your part is designed to perform.

Defense & Contract Manufacturing

We are actively open to subcontracting with DoD Prime Contractors. Our facility operates under strict security and quality guidelines:

Precision Gunsmithing

We offer specialized machining for the firearms community, applying aerospace-level tolerances to custom gunsmithing. Services include custom slide machining, barrel porting, precise optic cuts, and bolt knob threading.
